馬來西亞西馬及東馬的訂單,如果某些商品出現損壞、產品數量不符,或與所訂商品不符,客戶可在收到商品之日起2天內要求退換或退款。
**退貨須知**
1.) 商品必須以原始狀態退回。
2.) 商品必須在收到後5個工作日內寄回。
3.) 客戶在商品寄回我們之前需負責商品安全,並請保留所有郵寄證明,直到我們發出確認。
4.) 所有不符合上述條件的退貨將被嚴格拒絕且作廢。
**退款**
我們僅在收到並檢查您的退回包裹後,以店內信貸形式進行退款。
退款僅適用於正價訂單。
**對於國際訂單**
國際訂單,如果某些商品出現損壞、數量或與所訂商品不符,僅可在收到包裹後2天內要求退款。如有任何疑問,請聯絡我們的客服團隊。
**注意事項**
所述產品可能因為產品的批次生產而有顏色的差異,因為產品在沒有色素狀況下,不會顏色相同。在這種情況下,將不會被視為瑕疵,且不會進行退換貨。

**FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS**
For orders in West and East Malaysia, if certain goods are damaged, the quantity does not match, or differ from what was ordered, customers may request a return or refund within 2 days from the date of receipt.
**RETURN POLICY**
1.) Items must be returned in original condition.
2.) Items must be shipped back within 5 working days upon receipt.
3.) Customers are responsible for the item until it reaches us and should retain all proof of mailing until we send an acknowledgment.
4.) All returns that do not meet the above criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
**REFUND**
We will only issue refunds in store credit after we have received and checked your returned parcel. Refunds apply only to regular priced orders.
**FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS**
For international orders, if certain goods are damaged, there's a discrepancy in quantity or they differ from what was ordered, a refund can only be requested within 2 days after receiving the parcel. For any inquiries, please contact our customer service team.
**NOTE**
The colors of the products may vary due to differences in production batches. Since the products will not have the same color under unpigmented conditions, this will not be considered a defect, and exchanges or returns will not be processed.
