Your use of this website indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to comply with these Latte Homemade. *Company Information* We are LATTE MOM PET SHOP, a registered company in Malaysia, with registration number SA-0456709-D. You can contact us via WhatsApp at +6011-3378-1809. *Business Hours* Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Saturday to Sunday: Closed *Ordering* You can place an order by filling out and submitting the order form on our website. Each successful order will receive an order number. You are responsible for the accuracy of all orders and the information provided. Please carefully check your order details before confirming your order. If the order has already been processed, we reserve the right to refuse any request for modifications to the order. Combining orders is strictly prohibited. All orders will be shipped according to the order number. *Payment* We accept bank transfers and DuitNow payments. We also accept payments through Billplz (local online banking, credit/debit cards). Please complete your payment and notify us within 24 hours after placing your order, as unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after the time limit. If your order is canceled due to failure to provide payment notification within the time limit, refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit; cash refunds are not allowed. The price you should pay is the product price listed on the website at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change any product prices at any time without prior notice. Refunds will not be allowed if the purchased item goes on sale afterward. *Shipping* The shipping fee for your order will be displayed on our website. You can also refer to our shipping guidelines. Our mailing days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. In-stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation. All orders will be shipped according to the order number, and combining orders is not allowed. Once the tracking number is provided to you, your package will be the responsibility of a third-party mailing service provider. Any delays or lost packages are beyond our control. In case of a lost package, please contact us via email, and we will do our best to assist you. For international orders, import duties and customs fees may be charged upon arrival in the destination country, which the recipient must bear. *Refunds* *For Domestic Orders* For orders in West and East Malaysia, if certain goods are damaged, the quantity does not match, or differ from what was ordered, customers may request a return or refund within 2 days from the date of receipt. *Return Policy* 1.) Items must be returned in original condition. 2.) Items must be shipped back within 5 working days upon receipt. 3.) Customers are responsible for the safety of the goods until they are returned to us and should retain all shipping proofs until we issue a confirmation. 4.) All returns not meeting the above conditions will be strictly refused and considered void. *Refunds* We will only process refunds in the form of store credit after receiving and inspecting your returned package. Refunds apply only to full-priced orders. *For International Orders* For international orders, if certain goods are damaged, or the quantity or type differs from what was ordered, returns can only be requested within 2 days of receiving the package.
